Fironex AR-AFFF ARCX 3/6 Fire Fighting Foam Concentrate
Fironex ARCX 3/6 is an ultra high efficiency multipurpose Alcohol Resistant Film Forming Foam, The film forming characteristics of AR-AFFF mean that it spread readily across a fire. As a result, it is highly effective against hydrocarbon fire and with addition of special polymers is also highly effective against polar solvent.
The main advantage of AR-AFFF is that it can be used at 6% concentration for all class B fires. it is intended for use on hydrocarbon fuel such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel etc. and on polar solvent / water miscible fuels such as Ethanol, Methanol, Propanol Isopropyl alcohol alcohols, ketones, esters etc. at same concentration of 6%.
The Foam Concentrate Contains special type of fluorochemical surfactant (C6 technology), does not contains any PFOS, PFOA or its derivatives.
