The AW-D130A Reflective Optical Beam Smoke Detector is designed for use with two-wire addressable fire alarm systems. It utilizes a high-precision symmetrical infrared laser to provide excellent long-distance focusing, superior signal consistency, and long-term operational reliability.
Its practical housing incorporates multiple connection terminals, allowing flexible installation and simplified wiring. The detector is compatible with AW-FP100, AW-FP128, AW-FP200, and AW-FP2166 Series Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panels (model dependent).
Product Overview
The detector operates by transmitting an infrared beam toward a prism reflector and continuously monitoring the reflected signal. When smoke obscures the beam beyond the programmed threshold, an alarm signal is generated.
This technology provides reliable fire detection in large open indoor spaces where conventional point smoke detectors are impractical or uneconomical.
